ABOUT US: Uz

AKINTONDE Oyedeji Oluwaseyi also known as ‘Uz’ is a bonafide student of the University of Lagos, faculty of arts, and department of Philosophy. He was born on a Sunday, the 3rd of May. He hails from Awe in Oyo state (Afijio local government). He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and 65kg in weight.
Uz is the brain box behind the Philuzophy website. It is his brainchild. He has a passion of seeing his fellow philosophy students doing very well and in order to see this dream materialize, he single headedly created this website; a mini-portal where all philosophy students can access important information that would certainly affect ones academic progress
This is quite a very unique feat. The type of information gotten for free here on this website is the type most students are ready to pay heavily for. However, Uz in an act of "responsibility" took the pain to present all these information on a platter of gold. As at the time of his starting to create this website, Uz was in 200 level-second semester. He utilized his holiday period and finished the project in 300 level-first semester.
Originally, Uz was given a merit list admission to study creative arts-music but at the point of registration (as fate would have it) he was changed to study philosophy. Initially, he never knew anything about the course but as time progressed he became more interested in it.
Regarding his academic history, Uz attended ‘Saint Saviour’s School’ from primary one to six. From JSS 1 to SSS 3, he attended ‘Kings College Lagos’.
Aside philosophy, Uz is an aspiring musical artiste, producer and consultant. He has done a couple of musical ‘R n B/ soul’ tracks and he plays the piano/keyboard and the acoustic guitar pretty well.
Uz became a graduate of philosophy in the University of Lagos, Akoka in the year 2013. A philosophy student (name witheld) said this about Uz "...He has indeed left behind a legacy for other active and potential philosophy students coming forth; he was and is still truly a blessing to the students of the department and we are proud of him".
